[Fedora-join] Meeting logs for meeting on 20th November 2018: Ask Fedora migration discussion, and quick check on classroom session planning

Hello!

Here are the logs from today's meeting. In general, we've realised that
the switch to discourse from askbot requires a little more planning. We
need to decide if we're migrating or moving, of it's to the current
instance or a new one, and depending on the answers to these questions,
we'll have to draw up a detailed plan on how we are going to manage it
all with the manpower we have. A special thanks to hhlp who has been
researching the various migration tasks that we need to carry out.
