[Fedora-join] Meeting logs for October 30, 2018: ticket updates, F29 classroom plans

Happy release day!

We had another good meeting today. We went through the different tickets
and discussed the upcoming F29 classroom sessions. The minutes etc are
below.

We introduced a new tag "needs-comment". These tickets need feedback
before they can be discussed in the meeting. Please go through them from
